If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (including products such as the K18 Leave-In Molecular Repair Hair Mask), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if approved.
Approved returns must be shipped back before a refund is issued.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
